We need people who can use these inputs and a very sophisticated POS system to help us deliver on the moment of truth. That means a respect and dignity based means of interacting with our customers across the digital and physical spectrum of touch points. If you have 2+ years of database marketing and analysis experience, can segment audiences and identify their preferences, understand how that that integrates with social media and physical experience, and can apply that with integrity, let’s talk. Be prepared to discuss your definition of “reciprocity.”
