General Manager - Princeton, NJ
Naked Pizza is coming to Princeton NJ and we are looking for an experienced pizza manager, to help lead a revolution in our industry. Naked Pizza is a healthy, all natural pizza concept on a mission to make take-out and delivery pizza that is honestly good for you! We deliver absolutely delicious pizza, made from real, good-for-you ingredients. We’re having an open, honest conversation with the public about how and why this is a better way and we’re having fun while we do it!
The General Manager directs the daily operations of the store and ensures compliance with Naked Pizza standards in all areas of operation, including:
• Pizza preparation and delivery,
• Customer relations,
• Store maintenance and repair,
• Inventory management,
• Team management,
• Recruiting and retention of team members,
• Financial accountability,
• Local store marketing.
You Will Need:
• 3+ years of management experience with a pizza carry out and delivery model
• An understanding of computers including POS,
• Infectious, positive attitude,
• Great communication skills, in person and in writing,
• Working knowledge of social media,
• Great people skills,
• The ability to work a lot of hours on a flexible schedule.
